Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our Onion Studio shop is hosted by shopify Inc. who provide the on line platform to sell to you. Payments are processed using Stripe, a secure and trusted on line payment gateway. More information on this is available in our Trading Terms.
Delivery and Returns Policy
We always aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days except during annual holidays (you will be notified of any changes to our shipping terms during these times). Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.
In the event that items are unavailable, we will make sure we contact you immediately and offer a full refund. Postage and packing is worked out prior to you paying at the checkout and will change depending on your order contents and destination. International orders may attract import taxes and if so they are the responsibility of the buyer. If an order is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to help ship it quickly.
UK
1st Class: We aim to send all 1st class orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.
Upgrade to Special Delivery for a speedier arrival. Orders placed before 3pm will arrive next day, except those placed on Friday, they will arrive on Monday, or placed on Saturday will arrive on Tuesday.
EUROPE
Europe Airmail: Cost effective with a delivery time of approx. 5-7 working days.
From the 1st January 2021 all deliveries outside the UK may incur customs duty and local handling charges payable on delivery. These charges are payable by the customer and vary by the country and we advise you should enquire locally for more information prior to ordering. These additional local import charges are levied by the government in the country of import and not included in the delivery charges shown on our website. Goods cannot be rejected on import and refunded/returned due to these charges.
INTERNATIONAL
Please note, International orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Payment is to be made in British pound sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live in the Muswell Hill, Alexandra Park, or nearby surrounding areas we will email you shortly after your order to ask if you would like our free delivery service. Should you wish to take up this free service, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Delivery costs paid at the checkout will be refunded to you when we deliver.
Return of goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, just let us know immediately. We will be happy to refund or replace unused and undamaged items which are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of dispatch by us. If there's any damage, let us know and send us detailed photos to assist. If goods are damaged or faulty, we will pay shipping costs, in other cases, you must pay the costs of returning such items. You will be responsible for the product until it actually reaches us. Any refunds will be made within five working days of receiving your goods. Please post to the following address:
